é Vincent

René Vincent was a French illustrator prevalent in the 1920s-1930s. He was influential in the Art Deco movement, and was well known for his dynamic style of distorting perspective. He became internationally recognized for his illustrations and poster designs. Vincent created Illustrations for La Vie Parisienne, The Saturday Evening Post, L'Illustration and Fantiso. He also created advertisements for Bugatti, Peugeot, Michelin, and Shell Oil. His most recognizable work is the 1925 Porto Ramos Pinto poster. Occasinally he worked under the pseudonym Rageot.
