Measure the length of your foot
  1. Place a sheet of paper on the floor against the wall
  2. Place your bare foot on the paper with your heel against the wall
  3. Mark your longest toe on the paper
  4. Measure the length from the wall to the mark

If your foot measurement falls between two sizes, it might be safest to go for half size up
