Return & Exchange Policy

All marked-down sale items are a FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. We will refuse and return all sale items.

While we strive for excellence on all ICON products, we will make exceptions for items that we deem manufacturer defective upon inspection.

ICON products, purchased through our website at full retail price, may be returned or exchanged for up to 30 days after the date of purchase provided the item is unworn and in the original packing.

Please contact us at info@iconshoes.com for a return authorization letter with instructions on how to return the goods. Alternately, you may use the enclosed return label to return your items. Please be sure to also fill out the return slip listing the sku, name, size and reason for return.

Items purchased at a boutique, department or specialty store may not be returned directly to ICON. Please contact the store of purchase for information on their return policy.

All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice.

Credit will be issued to the original credit card upon inspection of product.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


Repair Policy

ICON will attempt to repair any damaged item for up to 365 days after the date of purchase if products were purchased directly from ICON. If your ICON’s were purchased from a retail store other than the ICON website, please contact that store to obtain a return authorization.

ICON will not repair any items purchased from an auction site.

ICON does not guarantee that the damaged merchandise can be repaired. ICON can only guarantee that a repair attempt will be made.

In the event that an item is un-repairable, ICON will notify you and return your item to you.
