Ordering Options
Option 1: Order and Upload Your Photo Online
- Choose your product
- Upload your photo (Make sure you have the correct photo)
- Complete your order online.
Option 2: Order Online, Submit Your Photo Via Mail
If you are unable to upload the image online, or do not have a digital camera or access to a scanner, the next best thing is to mail in your photo.
- Complete your order online
- Follow our photo spec requirements for correct dimensions.
- Upon completion of your order, print out the confirmation page and attach it to your photo before mailing.
- Send us your digital image on CD.
or
Send us your original photo, which we will then scan (additional $25.00 fee is applicable).
YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED THE ADDITIONAL $25 ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR PHOTO.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT RETURN PHOTOS TO YOU. PLEASE DO NOT SEND US YOUR ORIGINAL OR ONLY COPY.

Option 3: Order Online, Submit Your Photo Via Email

- Be sure to take note of your confirmation number from the order confirmation page.
- Make sure you have the correct photo
- Email your .jpg photo to personalize@iconshoes.com, along with the confirmation number.
Option 4: Mail-In Payment and Photo
If you would like to mail in your order and pay by check or money order, please print out the
order form and mail in your submission as directed on the order sheet.
