No, please re-create a username and password to become a preferred customer on our new website.

How can I request a catalog?
Although we do not have catalog mailings at this time, our complete collection is available for viewing online.

How do I care for my ICONs?
Upon purchasing your ICON products, we recommend applying a clear shoe polish, such as Meltonian, to preserve the leather. We also recommend storing your items away from light and heat.

Handbags should remain stuffed when not in use to preserve the shape.

How are the ICON images transferred to the leather?
ICON images are transferred to the leather through a special proprietary permanent printing process.

If I purchased my ICONs at a retail store, may I return or exchange them directly to you?
No, please contact the retailer from which the items were purchased.

All marked-down sale items are a final sale and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you purchased your items at full retail price, please refer to our Return Policy.

How can I expedite shipping?
At this time, we ship everything via standard UPS Ground from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and delivery.

2. Click on “Update Profile”
3. Change the information and click “submit”. Your changes have been saved.
